Join the festivities as our chefs prepare an evening featuring a multi-course menu paired with a variety of superbly crafted brews. Distinguished regional brewers will be on hand to share tips and information to help you taste different beer styles and create some memorable pairings for your next dinner party.

Thursday, April 15
6-8pm
Crispin Cider Seminar
This event will feature 4 different cider selections from Crispin Ciders. Each selection will be paired with a sampling course of cheeses and tapas-style food. Michael Christensen, Region Manager Midwest for Crispin, will be on hand to discuss the history of Crispin ciders and describe the unique qualities of the cider selections. Our chefs will be available to describe their pairings for the seminar. $25 per person.

Thursday, May 20
6-9pm
Belgian Beer Dinner
This event will feature 5 Belgian Beer selections from the Global Network of Beer portfolio. Our chefs will pair the selections with a five-course dinner. Pete Larsen, Global Network Beer, will be on hand to discuss the history of Global Network of Beer and the Belgian Beer selections for the dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to discuss his pairings and food philosophy. $50 per person.

Thursday, June 24
6-9pm
Great Dane Brewing Co. Beer Dinner
This event will feature 5 different beers from the Great Dane Brewing Co. Our chefs will pair the selections with a five-course dinner. Great Dane’s Vice President, Rob LoBreglio, will be on hand to discuss the history of Great Dane Brewing Co. and the unique selections for the beer dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to discuss his pairings and food philosophy. $50 per person.

Three Floyds Brewing Co. Beer Dinner in the Gazebo Courtyard at The American Club
This event will feature 6 different beer selections from Three Floyds Brewing Co. Our chefs will pair the selections with a six-course dinner. Lincoln Anderson, Three Floyds Sales Manager, will be on hand to discuss the history of Three Floyds Brewing Co. and the beers selected for the dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to describe his pairings and food philosophy. Three Floyds was recently rated the #1 Brewery in the world by Rate Beer 2010. $60 per person.

5-8pm
Shmaltz Brewing Co. Beer Dinner in the Gazebo Courtyard at The American Club
This event will feature 5 different selections from either of Shmaltz Brewing’s Hebrew and Coney Island line of beers. Our chefs will pair the selections with a five-course dinner. Jeremy Cowan, founder of Shmaltz, will be on hand to discuss the history of Shmaltz Brewing Co. and the beers selected for the dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to describe his pairings and food philosophy. $50 per person.

Thursday, October 14

6-9pm
German Beer Dinner
This event will feature 5 different beer selections from B United International Beer’s German beer portfolio. Our chefs will pair the selections with a five-course dinner. David Frost, Midwest Sales Manager of B Untied International Beer, will be on hand to discuss the history of German brewing and the unique selections for the beer dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to discuss his pairings and food philosophy. $50 per person.

Thursday, November 11

6-8pm
Chimay Beer Seminar
This event will feature 4 beer selections and cheeses from Chimay Brewery. Additional accompaniments will be provided. John Fryor, Midwest Sales Representative at Chimay, will be on hand to discuss the history of Chimay as well as the beer and cheese pairings. Chimay is one of six remaining Trappist breweries in the world. $25 per person.

Thursday, December 9
6-9pm
Stone Brewing Co. Beer Dinner
This event will feature 6 beer selections from Stone Brewing Co. Our chefs will pair the selections with a six- course dinner.  Aaron Tyrell, Midwest Sales Representative for Stone Brewing, will be on hand to discuss the history of Stone Brewing Co and the unique selections for the dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to discuss his pairings and food philosophy. Stone Brewing was recently rated the 9th best brewery in the world by Rate Beer. $60 per person.
