German Beer Dinner
This event will feature 5 different beer selections from B United International Beer’s German beer portfolio. Our chefs will pair the selections with a five-course dinner. David Frost, Midwest Sales Manager of B Untied International Beer, will be on hand to discuss the history of German brewing and the unique selections for the beer dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to discuss his pairings and food philosophy. $50 per person.
Thursday, December 9
6-9pm
Dogfish Head Brewery Beer Dinner
This event will feature 6 beer selections from Dogfish Head Brewing. Our chefs will pair the selections with a six- course dinner. Donn Bischel, Midwest Sales Representative for Dogfish Head, will be on hand to discuss the history of Dogfish Head and the unique selections for the dinner. Chef Stanley Austreng will be available to discuss his pairings and food philosophy. $60 per person.
