The Wedding Cake
At The American Club, we are justly proud of our pastry kitchen. Our selection is extensive and we strive to honor all requests. This includes stacked cakes, tiered cakes and floating cakes – all prepared with your preferred batters and frostings. Our accomplished pastry chefs stand ready to hand craft the most intriguing and stylish wedding cake of your dreams. Designs that warrant intense labor, will incur an additional fee.
Our signature cake is a delicious combination of cheesecake paired with sponge cake and includes mousseline with your choice for fresh fruit filling. If you wish to have your entire wedding cake to be cheesecake, there is an additional cost of $1.00 per person.
